These terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service") govern your use of the website https://draftingclub.com, (here referred as "Draftingclub.com" or "Website") a service maintained by Salvatore Leonardi ( here referred as the"Author") through the Wix.com platform. The above website is a business that provides digital access to educational e-books, and the information contained therein is educational only.  If an individual is accessing the website on behalf of a business entity, by doing so, such individual represents that they have the legal capacity and authority to bind such business entity to the terms and conditions contained in this document. "User" or "you" shall refer both to the individual accessing the website on behalf of a business entity and any such business entity itself.

 

READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE WEBSITE. BY ACCESSING https://draftingclub.com, YOU INDICATE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

 

Permitted Use and License: Subject to all the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service, the Author hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Website solely for the purpose of: (1) accessing digitally to data and (2) downloading and printing only selected data from the Website..

Prerequisites: By purchasing the digital products you warrant to us that you have access to the necessary computer systems, media systems, software and network connections to receive and enjoy the benefit of our e-books.

Order Process: (1) No contract will come into force between the User and the Website unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the following procedure. To enter into a contract through our website to purchase 12-week digital access to educational e-Book the following steps must be taken.

(1) You must double check and choose the correct ebook and then proceed to the checkout:

a) If you are a new customer, you must create an account with user and log in.

b) If you are an existing customer you must enter your login details.

2) Once you are logged in you can choose the e.Book for a 12-week digital access and before proceeding to purchase any service, you must consent to the terms of this document.

3) You will be transferred to our payment service provider's website, and our payment service provider will handle your payment.

4) We will then send you and initial acknowledgment and we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract,  or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.) You will have the opportunity to identify and correct imput errors only prior to making your order.

Prices.

Our prices are quoted on our website. We will, from time to time, change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.

Download/Print Data: Data printed/downloaded from Draftingclub.com ("Download Data") - only when allowed - may only be used for your own independent, internal business decision-making purposes.

Account and Passwords: When you create an account on Draftingclub.com, you agree to the following: Upon requesting a password, you may be required to provide information regarding you or your organization. All information provided to the website when signing in must be truthful and accurate. The ID and password authorized should be safeguarded at all times and not shared with any other party. Upon a change of the User's responsible personnel in possession of an ID and password, it is the User's responsibility to update their profile through the Website. Draftingclub.com may, from time to time, monitor the logon times and usage under each ID for the purpose of verifying that the User is the sole holder and user of the ID and to verify compliance with these Terms of Service. To the extent any party under the reasonable control of the User gains access to the Website through the use of the ID or by circumventing the Website security systems, User shall be liable to Draftingclub.com and the Author for all such use or damage.

You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; All personal information you provide to us through your account is updated, accurate, and truthful. You will update your personal information if it changes.

Payments

You must, during the checkout process, pay the price of the e-book digital access you order.

We only accept the following payment methods on our Website: PAYPAL.

- Click on the PayPal Checkout button: you will be directed to login to PayPal where you will see all options available for the payment.

- Plan will be activated immediately after purchase.

- You will receive a confirmation email to your designated address which outlines the fee paid and the expiry date (12 weeks).

No Refund Policy:

Digital access to our e-Books is NOT REFUNDABLE. We encourage Users to double-check that they select the correct item from the list before proceeding with the payment. An user who accidentally choose the wrong e-Book and proceed with the checkout won't get a refund and will have to purchase a new plan.

Dealings with Third Parties: Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any third party found on or through the Site, regarding the payment (Paypal) and delivery (Wix platform) of related digital content, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. You agree that Draftingclub.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or other matters of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.

Links: The Site may provide, or third parties may provide, links to Internet Web sites not related to Draftingclub.com or resources as a convenience to you ("Third-Party Sites"). Because the Website (or the Author) have no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Draftingclub.com is not responsible for the availability of such Third-Party Sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Termination of Access: Your subscription to Draftingclub.com will terminate automatically at the end of the subscription's period of 12-weeks, either you access and use the Website or not.
